    Understanding feelings

I'm clear of the fact that the topic might sound very familiar to most. This topic is quite general. I'd be writting about it in general anyways. What you do or what you say can be controlled. That's for sure. Feelings? Nah. You surely can deny them, but it's still there. Whether it's not in the obvious, it's hiding deep inside.
You may choose whether to express these 'feelings', deny it (and only make it worst) or just hide it deep inside you where you think you've ignored it, but actually haven't. You can't really stop feelings. Face it, you can't stop yourself from being happy can you? Your outer shell may look as sad as I look when my fridge's empty but your inner is jumping up and down grinning like a physcopathic maniac.
When you're sad, you cry or you frown. When you're angry, you throw a tantrum. When you're happy, you smile as wide and sincere as you can (and other stuff but it's quite obvious sometimes) and when you're shy, you blink a lot or sweat or whatsoever.
Some people though, have mastered the art of wearing a mask. These are mostly people who either think the world won't ever understand them, they don't know how to express it well, they don't want to drag people into their sadness or they just are really tired of being sad. It can be either or maybe all.
Hatred is also a feeling. A very wasteful one indeed. I'm saying this because to come to think of it, it really is a waste of time isn't it? You get mad and revengeful inside while the person you're hating on doesn't give a damn. So you see, you end up being the person who's wasting time and energy. Plus, the person you hate is getting satisfaction of having so called 'haters'. Society is really weird.
