I'm not an expert on this . I'm not even sure if I even have one and I know i'm not a professional on this topic because let's face it , i'm just an ordinary 13 year old girl . But I do observe people. I just sit and watch and no, i'm not a stalker ( I guess so :P ) Well firstly, "Hakuna Matata" needs to be the motto. "The less you care, the happier you'll be" is what that means ( I guess) but it does work . And of course some people would say that I don't know how it's like being an adult and all the stress and stuff but believe me , my mom lets me taste how it'd be like so i'll be prepared and it does work only that sometimes it's a bummer for me . To lead a happy life needs happiness obviously. Secondly , Social life. Everyone need's friends to cheer them up and i'm not talking like in a childish way okay. What i'm saying is that everyone needs a friend no matter how old they are. Not all friends are bad influences okay so just be smart in picking your friends. Don't pick friends who are like shadows , they are there in your brightest moments but gone when it turns dark. Find friends who walk in when the whole world walks out on you. Thirdly and probably the last i'll say for now is ..Do what you love and love what you do as long as you don't affect others so you won't worry of what other people think because you know what you're doing is right.
